Buildwell machines are covered by a standard manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects in core structural and mechanical components, for a period specified in the commercial invoice and agreement for each order.
Warranty does not cover damage from improper installation outside of Buildwell’s guidance, unauthorised modification, normal wear parts, or damage from raw material inconsistent with recommended specifications.
Authorised spare parts are available through our region-wise distributor network, appointed specifically to provide reliable after-sales service.
As each plant is manufactured and configured to order, machines are generally non-returnable once dispatched; any claims should be raised with our service team prior to installation wherever possible.
