Use the Find My Plant Capacity tool on our homepage — enter your target daily output and it instantly recommends a model. For a final decision, we recommend a call with our engineers, since land availability, raw material and labour also factor into the right choice.
Semi-automatic plants like the BW-212 need more manual handling between press and stacking, and suit smaller daily targets (around 5,000 bricks/shift). Fully automatic plants like the BW-130 run the full cycle — feeding, pressing, conveying and stacking — with minimal manual intervention, built for 18,000+ bricks/shift.
Yes — our 3-in-1 models (BW-119 and BW-4-16) are built to switch between bricks, blocks and paving blocks using different moulds on the same press, without needing three separate machines.
Installation & Land
It depends on the model — from 2,000 sqmt for the entry-level BW-212 up to a full 2 acres for the flagship BW-130. Exact shed dimensions for each model are listed on the Our Machines page.
Yes. Once an order is confirmed, we provide the civil drawing and layout plan in advance, so your site can be prepared accurately ahead of machine arrival.
Our technical team oversees erection and installation at your site and commissions the plant before handover, ensuring it matches the agreed layout and runs to specification.
Training & Operation
Yes — we provide hands-on training at our factory unit in Bhuj-Gujarat covering operation, maintenance and optimum use of the machine, so your team is production-ready from day one.
This varies by model — the BW-212 runs with 2 skilled and 8 unskilled workers, while the larger BW-130 needs 2 skilled and 12 unskilled workers per shift. Full labour requirements are listed per model on the Our Machines page.
Service, Spares & Warranty
Our region-wise distributor network exists specifically to provide reliable after-sales service and authorised spare parts, so support doesn't depend on a trip back to Bhuj.
Our plants use components from established industrial brands — including Tata Steel, Rexroth Bosch, Yuken Hydraulics, ABB, Mitsubishi Electric, L&T, Schneider Electric and Siemens — selected for durability under continuous production.
Yes — core structural and mechanical components carry a manufacturer warranty as specified in your order agreement. Full terms are on our Warranty & Returns page.
Export & Dealers
Yes — Buildwell has overseas associates across Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, South Africa, Bahrain, Dubai, China, Namibia, the UK and the USA, and we regularly ship complete plants internationally.
Use the Dealer/Distributor tab on our Contact page enquiry form, or reach us directly on WhatsApp — our regional sales office in Ahmedabad handles distributor onboarding.
